SABA-NC is seeking applicants for six
(6) openings on the SABA-NC Foundation Board of Directors.
SABA-NC Foundation is the charitable arm of SABA-NC.
SABA-NC Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization.
It raises and allocates monies for charitable purposes
including but not limited to fellowships for law students
pursuing public interest work in Northern California,
maintaining a Hate Crimes hotline and other charitable
purposes.
Each Director serves a two-year term. Currently, the
Board has three (3) one (1) year term positions and
three (3) two (2) year terms positions open. Each Director's
responsibilities include soliciting personally significant
contributions on behalf of the Foundation and planning
programming to promote and benefit the Foundation's
Fellowship program including but not limited to a fundraising
and a recognition event. Please submit statements of
