The Foundation Board consists of the Executive Committee of the SABA-NC Board and the following At-Large Directors:

Miku H. Mehta is a Partner in Procopio’s Silicon Valley office, advising clients on intellectual property, patent prosecution and counseling, as well as trademarks and copyrights. Prior to coming to Silicon Valley, he spent almost a decade in Japan work as an intellectual property attorney, and was a computer programmer and entrepreneur for several years prior to entering the legal profession. He earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Neelam Takhar is Associate Counsel at Stitch Fix, where she advises on wide ranging commercial and product matters, from influencer marketing and commercial contracts, to data privacy and intellectual property compliance. Prior to Stitch Fix, Neelam was a fintech associate at McGuireWoods LLP, and before that, in-house counsel at Funding Circle, the largest global online lender for small businesses, publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange. Neelam earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings, and her undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
